Because your son is young and his diet is somewhat controllable, you might try to eliminate red dye for four weeks. (Make sure his diet remains complete and healthy.) Take a video before and after the diet test – at the same time of day, doing the same activity – and see if there is any change. If an objective observer can watch the tapes and see a difference, you may want to eliminate red dye permanently. But check with your doctor before making any significant long-term adjustments to your son’s diet. “ Paediatrician Diane Sacks spent 20 years at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and is currently on staff at North York General Hospital. 1. I think your site is great, but I cannot read the lengthy articles due to the format. The white text on the black background is killing my eyes! Also, the lengthy articles don't seem to have any paragraphs spacing them, making it easy to lose one's place. I support this site, but I may not be back til I can easily read the articles!
