(NaturalNews) Everywhere in western medicine you find the Caduceus symbol: It's the staff entwined with two serpents, with wings at the top. You'll find it emblazoned on medical texts, medical school certificates, medical websites and even in hospitals and medical buildings.
But what does the symbol mean, exactly? I decided to conduct a bit of research to find out some possibilities.
The Caduceus, it turns out, was a staff carried by the Greek god Hermes. Hermes is best known as the messenger of the gods, but he is also well known as the protector of liars, gamblers and thieves. He's also prominently known as the guide of the dead.
According to Wikipedia, the name of the staff, Caduceus, is adapted from the Greek word kerukeion, which means "herald's wand" -- the staff of the public messenger. It's related to the words kerux and kerusso, which pertain to someone who announces information to the public.
From a Biblical point of view, the two serpents on the staff are, of course, symbols of evil and deception. There is a Greek myth about the two serpents on the staff which states that Tiresias found two snakes copulating and he beat to death the female snake with his staff.
So far, then, we have a staff carried by the Greek god Hermes, a protector of liars and thieves (who is also the guide of the dead), named as a staff or wand related to announcing information to the public, encircled by two serpents representing evil, and tied to yet another Greek myth about the female being beat to death.
This is the symbol of modern-day western medicine.
The evil of western medicine revealed
The part about the female being beaten to death is especially relevant, given how our male-dominated western medical system considers virtually all female physiology to be disease (pregnancy, menstruation, etc.). Women are treated like animals in many ways, through endless breast cancer screening and mandatory HPV vaccines. Female organs are considered useless or disease-ridden, such as when hysterectomies are performed to remove women's "hysteria" (madness). That's where the name "hysterectomy" actually comes from, of course.
That the two snakes representing evil would encircle the staff of public announcement could be an indication that the purpose of the staff is to announce evil (the propaganda of western medicine). At the same time, the mythological carrier of the staff is the protector of liars and thieves (the drug promoters and drug companies).
Once you understand the symbology, it becomes quite evident that this prominent symbol of western medicine was not chosen by chance: It sends a powerful subconscious message, much like the symbols of secret societies used on dollar bills, for example (the all-seeing eye floating above the pyramid on the back of the dollar bill). It might even be said that, through the repetition of this symbol which adorns the most important documents and texts used in the medical schools, doctors are, in a very true sense, being continuously indoctrinated with the powerful symbols of evil and death.
Once these impressionable young doctors graduate from their medical schools, they are given the tools of death to "treat" patients: Chemotherapy poisons, toxic pharmaceuticals, scalpels and radiation machines. They slice off women's breasts and call it "cancer prevention." They poison children's brains with chemicals and call it "medicine." They damage and destroy key organs like the heart, liver, kidneys and brain through the forced application of toxic chemotherapy agents, sometimes at gunpoint (as with the case of Daniel Hauser).

What Surprising Exercise Cuts Your Cancer Risk by 40 Percent?
Men with stronger muscles from regular weight training are up to 40 percent less likely to die from cancer, according to new research.
The findings suggest that muscular strength is as important as staying slim and eating healthy when it comes to protecting your body against deadly tumors.
A team of experts tracked the lifestyles of over 8,500 men for more than two decades. Each volunteer had regular medical check ups that included tests of their muscular strength. The men who regularly worked out with weights and had the highest muscle strength were between 30 percent and 40 percent less likely to lose their life to a deadly tumor.
Even among volunteers who were overweight, regular weight training seemed to have a protective effect, although the researchers stressed that keeping a healthy weight was still crucial for avoiding premature death.
But they added, "In the light of these results, it is equally important to maintain healthy muscular strength levels.”
Researchers said it’s possible to reduce cancer mortality rates in men by promoting resistance training involving the major muscle groups at least two days a week.

2009 is the first year where you will move from an outer focus to an inner one in a more profound way. This is a tremendous shift, as most of you have known the illusion of a primitive outer focus as the source of your well-being.
Last year was the mid-point of a 9-year cycle of integrating the soul, which began in 2004 (Venus transit) and culminates in 2012. Now you begin a deeper inner journey, to connect to Self as the source in your more mature way of understanding life as it truly exists.
This will also be a year where you restructure the manifestation cycle as you have known it, from life as a non-unified experience. Man's physical structures will break down a great deal this year as well.
The first four months will bring up depths of the dark shadow, revealing what has been held in the depths of the inner self. This is required for you to nurture and clear, for you to be able to get to the true source of life from the inside out.
The universe itself will also begin a journey back to source. You have only known a single outbreath in the history of your planet, moving into a focus on form and getting to know its potential. You now begin to reverse that process, breaking down the illusion that it is the source, beginning an inbreath of the grand cycle of life.
You will now transmute life, seeing the inside and the invisible as the source from which you create.
The 3 four-month segments of the year will include:
Revelation of the Dark Shadow - in the first four months
Inner Transmutation - taking you deeper to the inner source, looking at all you have revealed
Restructuring of Form begins - with many old systems breaking down
All the kingdoms of nature will reveal how things are out of balance in these first four months. This can be a scary experience, as it forces you to look inward. Due to the fact that most people on your planet have not developed an inner relationship to self, this can be a scary experience at first. It may very well seem like "nobody is home in there." Plus it will first bring an awareness of that which you have avoided for so long.
This will begin this process, when you have your return of the Dark Shadow. There is an archangel that has been much misunderstood on your planet. Lucifer, meaning "light bearer," was the most beloved of God who chose to hold the Dark Shadow energies of the planet until you were ready to take responsibility for transmuting and integrating all that which has been out of balance. That time is now.
The Dark Shadow is now being returned. It has already begun. For instance, in the final months of 2008, you saw the breakdown of your economic structures in a bigger way. You need to understand that this is merely breaking down to reveal what is out of balance, so that you can adjust your choices and inspire more balance and unity on the planet.
Everything operates through cycles. Something cannot continue to move in one direction. All reality moves from a source and returns to that source. We have focused on your personal process for the last two decades to help you understand how to work with the cycles of healing, knowing that this time of tremendous upheaval and transformation of soul light was coming. This light illuminates everything that it comes into contact with, which is what you are beginning to find happening.
Light is penetrating your planet and is having its revelatory impact. There is a tremendous entrainment of that light taking place, when all lower, dense energies are inspired by the new levels of light to move...in an attempt to balance and inspire more evolved choices. It is unlike anything you have known on the planet.
This is mostly because a new level of energy, known as the Photon Belt is now penetrating your solar system. This energy is faster than the speed of light you have known. This has not reached planet Earth fully yet. It has reached some of the outer planets and is having a direct impact there. Scientists have wondered why these planets have begun to glow or radiate light. This will begin to happen on your planet in the next three or four years as well.
Everything is raising and accelerating at this time, unlike anything you have known. The extremes that have begun are only the first taste of what is to come. Wait until the Photon Belt begins to penetrate your Earth plane... So please use this time now to prepare yourselves.
REVELATION of the Dark Shadow
The first four months will be a time of REVELATION.
You can already see the impact of this time. There are revelations of many who are out of balance, both individuals and in corporations or organizations. Many organizations that you have depended upon will be revealed for their imbalances. Your main banks for instance, such as Citibank and Chase. They are buying up the smaller banks, as they have been very important for them to hide some of the corruption.
You will see many things revealed in this time as the light impacts. Some of it will not be pretty. Some may be rather frightening. The Dark Shadow is the part of your consciousness that has been denied or educated or taken responsibility for. It has, therefore, become the most powerful influence in your lives. The more you deny, the more powerful it becomes.
The more you suppress and avoid the truth of your being, the more powerful it all becomes. It controls you and keeps you in fear. And there is a great deal of denial from the last 2000 years of choices you have all created collectively.
You have evolved through a ray of consciousness that has put your focus on ideals and the duality of opposites. This has kept you learning from fighting the Shadow self. You have judged parts as good or bad.
Let us say you have habitually walked along the street of your lives, deciding to throw your gum wrapper or some other piece of trash on the ground, as you didn't have any other way to take responsibility for it. You think it is done and that no one will make you take responsibility. The Shadow merely walks behind you and collects all the parts of self that you have judged, suppressed and tried to avoid taking responsibility for.
It is the place where all of the parts of self that have been misunderstood have been held. These parts of Self so need a place to be nurtured, educated and integrated as vital parts of Self. And the more that you have denied these parts, based on your early conditioning and herd consciousness, you have built up a sense of fear that is more and more powerful. You have had to go into greater and greater denial.
You need to realize that all of your wounded feelings are the primary players that you have avoided and they need to be returned to your consciousness with an understanding that NO feelings are threatening or shameful. You need to realize that you are simply conditioned to fear and avoid them in the name of trying to fit in, to please or to compensate for your accumulated shame of Self.
This has all been acted out in more and more extreme ways. It has reached the point where you could destroy your planet in the name of avoiding the Shadow. However, the hierarchy of your planet has been working to help you integrate this in a more gradual way. In this last year, they were restructuring the grid lines of your planet to make it more graceful for you to integrate these last parts of Self...so that you can create an awareness of your wholeness.
However, in this first year of deepening the process, you will experience a Dark Night of the Soul, where you must face the imbalances of your lives in a more direct way. It will begin the process in a more real and accelerated way. The time is now, where you must take the focus off of your outer distractions, glamours and addictions to address the wounded inner Self.
When you are willing to address the Shadow, introducing an adult perspective of compassion and willingness to grow into more evolved relationships to these parts of yourself, you will create tremendous healing.
The outer will accelerate, trying to keep you in fear, distracted by the outside. The ones who are interested in you NOT becoming healed and powerful as individuals will create as many opportunities to keep you in fear as they can. This world management team will try and keep you in fear of the "terrorist threat."
If you are in fear, you will be more than willing to let the "big powers" take care of you...to "protect you" and to eventually let you become a military state. However, when the dupe is up, you may find you have given away all of your rights. You may find that they are arresting anyone who is opposing their plan. The Patriot Act has set this in motion in a powerful way. You need to wake up and pay attention to what you are actually choosing.
You will be able to do this most effectively by taking responsibility for the wounded "frozen child" within your own nervous system. By getting the help you need to evolve and heal your emotional body, you will become empowered adults.
There was an alignment on December 1, 2008, of Venus, Jupiter and the moon, it began to accelerate a revelation of the secrets on your planet. The moon of Jupiter known as Io holds all of the secrets of creation energetically. That information is being revealed into your consciousness, so that you will be able to use that energy with your integrity.
There are many tests being introduced to help you prepare that sense of integrity. You need to learn how to take what is out of balance, to transmute it and to integrate a much deeper, more powerful sense of Self. That is the true potential of your soul connected Self.
That brings us to the second four months of 2009.
TRANSMUTATION of the Dark Shadow
Everything that was uncovered in the first four months will now need to go through inner transformation. You will need to move deeper and deeper inside, beyond the Dark Shadow into the Light Shadow. This is your core connection to Self, where you hold the potential of your soul.
The subconscious is the mind that holds all of this in place. It is a very conscious mind. What you have called your conscious mind is actually the "dumb mind" that only takes past descriptions and a frozen identity of self and redescribes what is "known." That keeps you frozen in place, in herd consciousness, trying to fit in like a wounded child who does not know their own power.
You have been well trained to be enslaved by the outer world of form. Those that you have allowed to set this up, even elected to rule you, not to govern you, have happily played their parts.
You live in a world economic system that is a corporate government that is like a ruler with a feudal system. You are all subject to how you have willingly set it up by not taking responsibility for yourselves. You purchase, take out credit and become completely dependent on your outer stuff. This was not accidental. It was well-planned.
The whole system will reveal itself and it is now beginning to break down. Your comfort zones now being shaken up has been well-planned to keep you in fear in this time of accelerated energies. Nothing is happening arbitrarily.
In this time of transmutation, you need to take all that you have discovered and to diligently begin to transmute these parts of self into something else. You need to create an inner connection, where you love, nurture and develop these lost parts of self. The average person is scared to know themselves. This will bring about an awareness of your inner emptiness, which comes from not being connected to self and your own feelings.
This will bring about more extremes, in an attempt to stay distracted. We urge you not to buy into this conditioned behavior. You need to take this time to re-connect, to become self-empowered creators who are responsible for your lives to learn how to develop an inner relationship and become great manifestors of your dreams.
If it were not for your collective thoughts and feelings as a human species, who are all maintaining a certain description of reality through your attachment to that which is outside, you will know a very different world. You need to go inside and learn how to interrupt those habitual thoughts and feelings. You need to develop a real connection to your inner selves, so that you can know you are multi-dimensional beings, who are powerful creators.
You need to take your power back from the outer world. It is about marrying the inner and the outer, from the point of view of directing the outer from an inner truth and conviction that must now be developed. You have not even known how to do this. This is what is now awakening, as you practice taking responsibility with integrity.
You wouldn't give a car to a child to drive. It is the same with giving you access to the energy of creation. If you are in wounded resistance, you wouldn't use these energies for creative purposes either. You are now learning how to drive, by growing up and taking responsibility in a different way. You are becoming vehicles of empowerment, love and value.
Get the help you need to work this out. Find out who knows how to help you reconnect to your emotional bodies and transform your fearful mental beliefs. As you do, you will begin to see how to create lives that not only fulfill you as individuals, but that serve the good of the whole.
Now as you open to the heart chakra in this time of evolution, you move into the forces of creation and learn how to manifest consciously through the truth of your being. This will always focus on the "we consciousness," not the narcissism of a wounded child who is all about "me."
RESTRUCTURING of old forms
The last four months will be a time of RESTRUCTURING old forms...from family systems, the corporations, economic, medical, etc. Anything that is absolute and frozen in herd consciousness and redescription will be affected in powerful ways.
Anything that does not stand in balance and growth will begin to break down. It puts the focus on greed of accumulating, achieving and being able to dupe that which is outside the self. This will not work within these new energies.
You have been given freedom of will, but you have been conditioned as wounded child, who have no real idea how to utilize your freedom of choice. You have been stuck in a frozen decision about right and wrong, good and bad, held in place through a fear of reward/punishment. This system is dying away, so that you can develop individual conscience.
There is no such thing as the Devil. This is the ego of the collective consciousness, that has kept you from needing to take responsibility. This is the power of the Dark Shadow. The only evil is your ignorance and fear, where you are not able to transform or take responsibility for. In order for you to wake up, the systems will need to break down and get your attention.
As you see this all happening, try not to go into panic and fear. Many will panic, as they are not used to change or taking charge. They only know the familiar comfort zone. They cannot conceive that there could be something better.
Your car industry and oil industry have known that your energy supplies are depleting, but they have done very little about it. You have been stuck in instantaneous gratification and consuming NOW, like wounded children.
The ecosystem of your planet is now threatened. The plant and animal kingdoms are in danger. Every single wild animal is on the endangered species list, based on the imbalances that you are creating. In the last 50 years, you have decreased the oxygen in the air by 25 per cent!
You need to wake up and take responsibility. You now shift from the electrical force of cause and effect into the solar reality of quantum shift and resonance. You need to become a part of the individuals who are forming a critical mass, which will allow your whole planet to shift. It is up to each of you as individuals to prepare, so that you can learn how to direct the forces of creation.
So the breakdown, which is already happening, is necessary for you to wake up and save yourselves. The hints are already taking place. President elect Obama has been chosen to play a powerful role for this. In many ways, he will support an awareness of all that is out of balance. He will attempt to create inner transformation within your government. However, you all need to do your part.
The last four months could be very frightening and dangerous, as you all must face your cumulative reality together. So hold each other in the light and in the protection of the soul resonance that you are building. Surround your leaders in this light.
This is what you will experience in the year of 2009, first facing the Dark Shadow at the surface of your wounded inner selves. Do it with integrity, not in fear. Practice courage. Encourage others. We will continue to keep you informed the best we can, helping you to prepare.
You will find in this rising Shadow, many levels of physical dis-ease continuing to accelerate. There will be more and more leaving the planet, as their souls are deciding if they are able to face all that is taking place. 2009 is the first year where you will move from an outer focus to an inner one in a more profound way. This is a tremendous shift, as most of you have known the illusion of a primitive outer focus as the source of your well-being.
Last year was the mid-point of a 9-year cycle of integrating the soul, which began in 2004 (Venus transit) and culminates in 2012. Now you begin a deeper inner journey, to connect to Self as the source in your more mature way of understanding life as it truly exists.
This will also be a year where you restructure the manifestation cycle as you have known it, from life as a non-unified experience. Man's physical structures will break down a great deal this year as well.
The first four months will bring up depths of the dark shadow, revealing what has been held in the depths of the inner self. This is required for you to nurture and clear, for you to be able to get to the true source of life from the inside out.
The universe itself will also begin a journey back to source. You have only known a single outbreath in the history of your planet, moving into a focus on form and getting to know its potential. You now begin to reverse that process, breaking down the illusion that it is the source, beginning an inbreath of the grand cycle of life.
You will now transmute life, seeing the inside and the invisible as the source from which you create.
The 3 four-month segments of the year will include:
Revelation of the Dark Shadow - in the first four months
Inner Transmutation - taking you deeper to the inner source, looking at all you have revealed
Restructuring of Form begins - with many old systems breaking down
All the kingdoms of nature will reveal how things are out of balance in these first four months. This can be a scary experience, as it forces you to look inward. Due to the fact that most people on your planet have not developed an inner relationship to self, this can be a scary experience at first. It may very well seem like "nobody is home in there." Plus it will first bring an awareness of that which you have avoided for so long.
This will begin this process, when you have your return of the Dark Shadow. There is an archangel that has been much misunderstood on your planet. Lucifer, meaning "light bearer," was the most beloved of God who chose to hold the Dark Shadow energies of the planet until you were ready to take responsibility for transmuting and integrating all that which has been out of balance. That time is now.
The Dark Shadow is now being returned. It has already begun. For instance, in the final months of 2008, you saw the breakdown of your economic structures in a bigger way. You need to understand that this is merely breaking down to reveal what is out of balance, so that you can adjust your choices and inspire more balance and unity on the planet.
Everything operates through cycles. Something cannot continue to move in one direction. All reality moves from a source and returns to that source. We have focused on your personal process for the last two decades to help you understand how to work with the cycles of healing, knowing that this time of tremendous upheaval and transformation of soul light was coming. This light illuminates everything that it comes into contact with, which is what you are beginning to find happening.
Light is penetrating your planet and is having its revelatory impact. There is a tremendous entrainment of that light taking place, when all lower, dense energies are inspired by the new levels of light to move...in an attempt to balance and inspire more evolved choices. It is unlike anything you have known on the planet.
This is mostly because a new level of energy, known as the Photon Belt is now penetrating your solar system. This energy is faster than the speed of light you have known. This has not reached planet Earth fully yet. It has reached some of the outer planets and is having a direct impact there. Scientists have wondered why these planets have begun to glow or radiate light. This will begin to happen on your planet in the next three or four years as well.
Everything is raising and accelerating at this time, unlike anything you have known. The extremes that have begun are only the first taste of what is to come. Wait until the Photon Belt begins to penetrate your Earth plane... So please use this time now to prepare yourselves.
REVELATION of the Dark Shadow
The first four months will be a time of REVELATION.
You can already see the impact of this time. There are revelations of many who are out of balance, both individuals and in corporations or organizations. Many organizations that you have depended upon will be revealed for their imbalances. Your main banks for instance, such as Citibank and Chase. They are buying up the smaller banks, as they have been very important for them to hide some of the corruption.
You will see many things revealed in this time as the light impacts. Some of it will not be pretty. Some may be rather frightening. The Dark Shadow is the part of your consciousness that has been denied or educated or taken responsibility for. It has, therefore, become the most powerful influence in your lives. The more you deny, the more powerful it becomes.
The more you suppress and avoid the truth of your being, the more powerful it all becomes. It controls you and keeps you in fear. And there is a great deal of denial from the last 2000 years of choices you have all created collectively.
You have evolved through a ray of consciousness that has put your focus on ideals and the duality of opposites. This has kept you learning from fighting the Shadow self. You have judged parts as good or bad.
Let us say you have habitually walked along the street of your lives, deciding to throw your gum wrapper or some other piece of trash on the ground, as you didn't have any other way to take responsibility for it. You think it is done and that no one will make you take responsibility. The Shadow merely walks behind you and collects all the parts of self that you have judged, suppressed and tried to avoid taking responsibility for.
It is the place where all of the parts of self that have been misunderstood have been held. These parts of Self so need a place to be nurtured, educated and integrated as vital parts of Self. And the more that you have denied these parts, based on your early conditioning and herd consciousness, you have built up a sense of fear that is more and more powerful. You have had to go into greater and greater denial.
You need to realize that all of your wounded feelings are the primary players that you have avoided and they need to be returned to your consciousness with an understanding that NO feelings are threatening or shameful. You need to realize that you are simply conditioned to fear and avoid them in the name of trying to fit in, to please or to compensate for your accumulated shame of Self.
This has all been acted out in more and more extreme ways. It has reached the point where you could destroy your planet in the name of avoiding the Shadow. However, the hierarchy of your planet has been working to help you integrate this in a more gradual way. In this last year, they were restructuring the grid lines of your planet to make it more graceful for you to integrate these last parts of Self...so that you can create an awareness of your wholeness.
However, in this first year of deepening the process, you will experience a Dark Night of the Soul, where you must face the imbalances of your lives in a more direct way. It will begin the process in a more real and accelerated way. The time is now, where you must take the focus off of your outer distractions, glamours and addictions to address the wounded inner Self.
When you are willing to address the Shadow, introducing an adult perspective of compassion and willingness to grow into more evolved relationships to these parts of yourself, you will create tremendous healing.
The outer will accelerate, trying to keep you in fear, distracted by the outside. The ones who are interested in you NOT becoming healed and powerful as individuals will create as many opportunities to keep you in fear as they can. This world management team will try and keep you in fear of the "terrorist threat."
If you are in fear, you will be more than willing to let the "big powers" take care of you...to "protect you" and to eventually let you become a military state. However, when the dupe is up, you may find you have given away all of your rights. You may find that they are arresting anyone who is opposing their plan. The Patriot Act has set this in motion in a powerful way. You need to wake up and pay attention to what you are actually choosing.
You will be able to do this most effectively by taking responsibility for the wounded "frozen child" within your own nervous system. By getting the help you need to evolve and heal your emotional body, you will become empowered adults.
There was an alignment on December 1, 2008, of Venus, Jupiter and the moon, it began to accelerate a revelation of the secrets on your planet. The moon of Jupiter known as Io holds all of the secrets of creation energetically. That information is being revealed into your consciousness, so that you will be able to use that energy with your integrity.
There are many tests being introduced to help you prepare that sense of integrity. You need to learn how to take what is out of balance, to transmute it and to integrate a much deeper, more powerful sense of Self. That is the true potential of your soul connected Self.
That brings us to the second four months of 2009.
TRANSMUTATION of the Dark Shadow
Everything that was uncovered in the first four months will now need to go through inner transformation. You will need to move deeper and deeper inside, beyond the Dark Shadow into the Light Shadow. This is your core connection to Self, where you hold the potential of your soul.
The subconscious is the mind that holds all of this in place. It is a very conscious mind. What you have called your conscious mind is actually the "dumb mind" that only takes past descriptions and a frozen identity of self and redescribes what is "known." That keeps you frozen in place, in herd consciousness, trying to fit in like a wounded child who does not know their own power.
You have been well trained to be enslaved by the outer world of form. Those that you have allowed to set this up, even elected to rule you, not to govern you, have happily played their parts.
You live in a world economic system that is a corporate government that is like a ruler with a feudal system. You are all subject to how you have willingly set it up by not taking responsibility for yourselves. You purchase, take out credit and become completely dependent on your outer stuff. This was not accidental. It was well-planned.
The whole system will reveal itself and it is now beginning to break down. Your comfort zones now being shaken up has been well-planned to keep you in fear in this time of accelerated energies. Nothing is happening arbitrarily.
In this time of transmutation, you need to take all that you have discovered and to diligently begin to transmute these parts of self into something else. You need to create an inner connection, where you love, nurture and develop these lost parts of self. The average person is scared to know themselves. This will bring about an awareness of your inner emptiness, which comes from not being connected to self and your own feelings.
This will bring about more extremes, in an attempt to stay distracted. We urge you not to buy into this conditioned behavior. You need to take this time to re-connect, to become self-empowered creators who are responsible for your lives to learn how to develop an inner relationship and become great manifestors of your dreams.
If it were not for your collective thoughts and feelings as a human species, who are all maintaining a certain description of reality through your attachment to that which is outside, you will know a very different world. You need to go inside and learn how to interrupt those habitual thoughts and feelings. You need to develop a real connection to your inner selves, so that you can know you are multi-dimensional beings, who are powerful creators.
You need to take your power back from the outer world. It is about marrying the inner and the outer, from the point of view of directing the outer from an inner truth and conviction that must now be developed. You have not even known how to do this. This is what is now awakening, as you practice taking responsibility with integrity.
You wouldn't give a car to a child to drive. It is the same with giving you access to the energy of creation. If you are in wounded resistance, you wouldn't use these energies for creative purposes either. You are now learning how to drive, by growing up and taking responsibility in a different way. You are becoming vehicles of empowerment, love and value.
Get the help you need to work this out. Find out who knows how to help you reconnect to your emotional bodies and transform your fearful mental beliefs. As you do, you will begin to see how to create lives that not only fulfill you as individuals, but that serve the good of the whole.
Now as you open to the heart chakra in this time of evolution, you move into the forces of creation and learn how to manifest consciously through the truth of your being. This will always focus on the "we consciousness," not the narcissism of a wounded child who is all about "me."
RESTRUCTURING of old forms
The last four months will be a time of RESTRUCTURING old forms...from family systems, the corporations, economic, medical, etc. Anything that is absolute and frozen in herd consciousness and redescription will be affected in powerful ways.
Anything that does not stand in balance and growth will begin to break down. It puts the focus on greed of accumulating, achieving and being able to dupe that which is outside the self. This will not work within these new energies.
You have been given freedom of will, but you have been conditioned as wounded child, who have no real idea how to utilize your freedom of choice. You have been stuck in a frozen decision about right and wrong, good and bad, held in place through a fear of reward/punishment. This system is dying away, so that you can develop individual conscience.
There is no such thing as the Devil. This is the ego of the collective consciousness, that has kept you from needing to take responsibility. This is the power of the Dark Shadow. The only evil is your ignorance and fear, where you are not able to transform or take responsibility for. In order for you to wake up, the systems will need to break down and get your attention.
As you see this all happening, try not to go into panic and fear. Many will panic, as they are not used to change or taking charge. They only know the familiar comfort zone. They cannot conceive that there could be something better.
Your car industry and oil industry have known that your energy supplies are depleting, but they have done very little about it. You have been stuck in instantaneous gratification and consuming NOW, like wounded children.
The ecosystem of your planet is now threatened. The plant and animal kingdoms are in danger. Every single wild animal is on the endangered species list, based on the imbalances that you are creating. In the last 50 years, you have decreased the oxygen in the air by 25 per cent!
You need to wake up and take responsibility. You now shift from the electrical force of cause and effect into the solar reality of quantum shift and resonance. You need to become a part of the individuals who are forming a critical mass, which will allow your whole planet to shift. It is up to each of you as individuals to prepare, so that you can learn how to direct the forces of creation.

THE ELOHIM
The oldest remaining beings in our universe originated about halfway out from the center of our universe, also known as the Great Central Sun. This are is where most of the life is. One of the groups looked around and decided that if they wanted to propagate their species, it would be better to do it outside their established area. So they looked around, secretly, in the outer perimeter of the universe, and found Earth.
By the way, these people halfway out from the center of the universe are human. They are human beings, although they are quite different. They are very respected by other beings in the universe, and the beings around them. After trying to propagate their species in the area of the universe around them, they looked for an area with less interference.
The name given to these non-Earth humans by the ancient Hebrews is the name Elohim, which means "those who came from the sky."
This group of human beings is one of the most advanced group of beings in the universe. They are responsible for the generation of not only life on this planet, but of human beings on this planet. They have been involved ever since the first human was here, in a kind of genetic manipulation, so that the human beings here could result in the capacity of human beings to survive better in the physical universe.
This group of human beings is very advanced, and they have advanced to a point where they believe they have proven that there is no spiritual directive as we know it, with a conscious God. They believe that they are the result of wiser beings who have created them, just as they have created others. They feel this way because life is eternal, and has always existed. However, the concept of infinity and no beginning is difficult for earth humans to understand.
At a certain point the Earth humans created a kind of evolution which was spurned by this group. By the way, they have started life here on Earth several times before, and all the previous attempts have failed.
Throughout history, the Elohim have come to Earth. They came to Earth at different times, to different cultures, and they heavily influenced these cultures throughout history. They were thought to be the Gods and spirits and so forth of the many existing religions which exist today. The Elohim heavily influenced these religions along a moral structure to help the people of this Earth survive successfully and viably. Therefore, when this didn't work, it became political influence to help establish order. Still, to this day, the Elohim are involved in Earthly matters.
They have manipulated Earth humans and have created Earth humans with a larger brain capacity, with the hopes that the Earth humans would have superior intelligence and that they would be able to continue the species. However, the full brain capacity is not yet fully used.
Back on the Elohim planetary system, they conducted a kind of contest. They invited scientists (artists, sort of) to participate. A certain scientist won the contest. Many worlds were populated with humans as a result. However, there are only three worlds populated with humans left today. The Elohim, the Earth, and the star system known as the Pleiades.
Some Earth humans have had their first incarnations as Pleiadians. The Pleiadians are a very spiritual group of people. This contrasts with the Elohim.
YAHWEH
The name of the scientist who won the contest to introduce human life was named Yahweh. A human being, just like you, but a little different. This is not to say that there is no spiritual reality, because there is. One of the different functions of your greater brain capacity was that which enables you to become cognizant of a non-physical spiritual reality. They had no idea that the greater brain capacity would create a sort of quantum leap, so to say, in the way consciousness functions. And this enables you to experience a spiritual reality, which was undefinable to the Elohim, so to speak.
This will later be a revolution to the Elohim. As you become a people who are better able to understand spiritual reality you will be able to relay it the Elohim.
The spiritual reality became confused. As Earth humans evolved and came to be aware of a spiritual reality, the Elohim stepped in and said, "We are they," so that they could guide humans.
This is nothing new. This has happened over and over throughout time, with more advanced beings stepping in to proclaim that they are Gods.

As time passed, there came to be a faction that felt uneasy about Earth humans having a larger brain capacity. This faction invented a few spies to check on the Earth humans in the attempt to thwart the Earth experiment. The name of that scientist who headed up the faction to interfere with the Earth experiment was named Lucifer. Not a devil, just another human being who wanted to see the Earth experiment end because it threatened them. Yahweh and Lucifer were basically enemies.

When you read scripture, now you can see why these "Gods" act very much like human beings. Why do they have vengeance, and war? Because they are human! AN EMBASSY
The Elohim have since pulled away from much of their involvement with the people on the Earth. However, their latest project involves introducing some of their science to our world, and they are far more advanced than we are.
In order to make the connection with the people of Earth they have proceeded to establish an Embassy. An entity named Rael has founded the Raelian Movement, a group of 30,000 individuals who have come together for this task.
After the Embassy is established, the Elohim will introduce themselves to us a humans, and they will introduce some of their science to us. They also want to help you start a government that is very much like their own. Their government is based on genius, not on democracy. They think that democracy just cannot work, because it leaves too many unintelligent people in control. They believe that the smartest people should be in charge.
Their life cycles are about 850 years old. Those people that make a lasting, significant contribution to society are given another life cycle. This is accomplished through cloning. All of one's information is stored in the cellular level, and thus cloning works well. If the genetic patterns remain exactly the same, the consciousness is transferred also. This is why twins are so "in touch" with each other.
Yahweh is one person who was given another life cycle. He was one of the most brilliant, and has a great deal of influence, probably the greatest influence of anyone, on earth. By the way, Yahweh is not the same as the spiritual presence of the same name.
SPORT
You would be surprised to find out that one of the favorite pastimes of the Elohim is sport. Isn't it funny that all humans are essentially the same? And some of their favorite heroes are sports figures. This is because they are HUMAN, just like you.
Now many will say that if they are so advanced, and so evolved, that they should be doing this or that, or some other evolved thing? Why should they! Why should they do what you think they should do?
Who are you to decide what an advanced being should be? An advanced being is not the same thing as a God. They are different.
One thing you would be interested to know is that the Elohim do not only like sports, but they like VIOLENT sports. So although they have a good and wonderful society, you would be SHOCKED at the level and intensity of the level of violence of their sports. This is because their greatest heroes are those who can die in sports. Death is fascinating to them, because they don't have to die. The greatest sports heroes are involved in games that are a lot like the ancient Greeks.
This is why there are so many stories around about Gods playing around in games with the Greeks and so forth. It's a very similar society, in terms of the games.
When this information is distributed in detail so that the Elohim can let you know that they are who they say they are, your Earth throughout your society will have trouble with this.

A. That's right. Yeshua (also known as Jesus) was of great interest to the Elohim. Not for the reason that they thought, however. Because they don't hold a spiritual reality.
Jesus was a bit confused, however he rose to the occasion. There are many enlightened Earth humans who would easily be confused by extraterrestrials. Jesus was confused.
Jesus of scripture will never return, but the Christ consciousness shall and is returning. However, the entity Jesus has been cloned, by the Elohim.
Because of the level of awareness of Jesus, they are involving themselves right now, bringing enlightenment to the Elohim society. Jesus was not an Elohim to begin with, but he is now, living in that society.
What is Jesus' heritage? Where did he come from?
He was a human being, but with a story to it. Jesus' source was the same as yours and mine. These little plays, that being the interplay between groups, don't really matter. If you were from the Pleiades, for example, it wouldn't really matter. You would still have the same spiritual purpose. I was recently reading a thread of postings to an active mailing list where the topic was a debate on where man actually began on Earth. Was it Africa, Sumeria, the Garden of Eden, Atlantis, or other place? How old is man, really?
Athough the exact site and year of human origin on Earth would be nice to know, I feel it is far more important to examine the bigger questions. Who created us here on Earth, and why?
CREATIONISM or EVOLUTION
Most people believe in Creationism or Evolution, but not both. Most feel strongly about their beliefs, as these eternal beliefs are a foundation for living and viewing the world around us.
The way we understand the course of events, both Creationism and Evolution occurred on Earth. Creationism occurred when the Elohim introduced us in their human image here on Earth. And although the Elohim are not God, they would appear God-like to us. The Elohim come from an area of the universe which is about halfway from the Great Central Sun. They are humans, too, like us.
And Evolution is partly correct also, as mankind evolved from early man to "modern" man. However, mankind did not evolve from less than human form.
There are several periods throughout history where the Elohim and other ET groups influenced and altered man and his DNA. The most obvious evidence of this interference are the different stages of man. The jumps in man from Neanderthal, to Cro-Magnon, to Homo Sapien were done with otherworldly intervention. Other examples of intervention can be seen as manifested as the physical differences between Asian, African, and European humans.

Q. Why did the Elohim choose the human form? A. The Elohim are humans, and chose to create us in their own form. They are scientists. This is why many starseeds, walk-ins, lightworkers and others have come to Earth at this time, to assist with this dimensional shift.
At this next stage, Adam-Kadmon man will have full consciousness, telepathy, full remembrance, and much more. Duality will no longer exist on our planet. Things will be seen for what they really are. There are different ways of looking at things. There is a scientific method. There is a philosophical method. This is a spiritual approach. And there are a number of other ways to look and evaluate things for yourself.
One reason that metaphysics interests so many of us is that it provides a framework to address many difficult questions without requiring traditional forms of measurement, evaluation, testing, and other linear requirements that do not work well on concepts and ideas beyond our physical third dimension. And of course the spiritual aspect of things is another area which is difficult to measure using quantifiable methods.
So how does one discern what is real? Many times, for many people, knowing is enough. It is more than enough. This is when it is time to listen to your inner voice, and decide the truth for yourself. This is a truth that only you know, and no one can ever take away.

THE ELOHIM
The oldest remaining beings in our universe originated about halfway out from the center of our universe, also known as the Great Central Sun. This are is where most of the life is. One of the groups looked around and decided that if they wanted to propagate their species, it would be better to do it outside their established area. So they looked around, secretly, in the outer perimeter of the universe, and found Earth.
By the way, these people halfway out from the center of the universe are human. They are human beings, although they are quite different. They are very respected by other beings in the universe, and the beings around them. After trying to propagate their species in the area of the universe around them, they looked for an area with less interference.
The name given to these non-Earth humans by the ancient Hebrews is the name Elohim, which means "those who came from the sky."
This group of human beings is one of the most advanced group of beings in the universe. They are responsible for the generation of not only life on this planet, but of human beings on this planet. They have been involved ever since the first human was here, in a kind of genetic manipulation, so that the human beings here could result in the capacity of human beings to survive better in the physical universe.
This group of human beings is very advanced, and they have advanced to a point where they believe they have proven that there is no spiritual directive as we know it, with a conscious God. They believe that they are the result of wiser beings who have created them, just as they have created others. They feel this way because life is eternal, and has always existed. However, the concept of infinity and no beginning is difficult for earth humans to understand.
At a certain point the Earth humans created a kind of evolution which was spurned by this group. By the way, they have started life here on Earth several times before, and all the previous attempts have failed.
Throughout history, the Elohim have come to Earth. They came to Earth at different times, to different cultures, and they heavily influenced these cultures throughout history. They were thought to be the Gods and spirits and so forth of the many existing religions which exist today. The Elohim heavily influenced these religions along a moral structure to help the people of this Earth survive successfully and viably. Therefore, when this didn't work, it became political influence to help establish order. Still, to this day, the Elohim are involved in Earthly matters.
They have manipulated Earth humans and have created Earth humans with a larger brain capacity, with the hopes that the Earth humans would have superior intelligence and that they would be able to continue the species. However, the full brain capacity is not yet fully used.
Back on the Elohim planetary system, they conducted a kind of contest. They invited scientists (artists, sort of) to participate. A certain scientist won the contest. Many worlds were populated with humans as a result. However, there are only three worlds populated with humans left today. The Elohim, the Earth, and the star system known as the Pleiades.
Some Earth humans have had their first incarnations as Pleiadians. The Pleiadians are a very spiritual group of people. This contrasts with the Elohim.

Terence Mckenna - The Archaic Revival
Perhaps the most famous of Terence McKenna's theories and observations is his explanation for the origin of modern human consciousness and culture. McKenna theorized that as the North African jungles receded, near the end of the most recent ice age, giving way to savannas and grasslands, a branch of our tree-dwelling primate ancestors left the forest canopy and began to live in the open areas outside of the forest. There they experimented with new varieties of foods as they adapted, physically and mentally, to their new environment.
Among the new food items found in this new environment were psilocybin-containing mushrooms growing near the dung of ungulate herds that occupied the savannas and grasslands at that time. McKenna, referencing the research of Roland L. Fisher, Ph.D. (College of Optometry and Departments of Psychiatry and Pharmacology, College of Medicine, The Ohio State University)[14] [15] [16] [17], claimed that enhancement of visual acuity was an effect of psilocybin at low doses, and supposed that this would have conferred an adaptive advantage. He also argued that the effects of slightly larger doses, including sexual arousal (not reported as a typical effect in scientific studies[citation needed]) — and in still larger doses, ecstatic hallucinations and glossolalia — gave selective evolutionary advantages to members of those tribes who partook of it. There were many changes caused by the introduction of this psychoactive mushroom to the primate diet. McKenna hypothesizes, for instance, that synesthesia (the blurring of boundaries between the senses) caused by psilocybin led to the development of spoken language: the ability to form pictures in another person's mind through the use of vocal sounds.
About 12,000 years ago, further climate changes removed psilocybin-containing mushrooms from the human diet. McKenna argued that this event resulted in a new set of profound changes in our species as we reverted to the previous brutal primate social structures that had been modified and/or repressed by frequent consumption of psilocybin.
McKenna did not attempt to defend his hypotheses through rigorous scientific evidence; he consciously self-identified as a type of shaman, or ethnobotanist. McKenna and his followers view his theories as speculation that is at a minimum scientifically feasible and arguably gifted by special knowledge due to psychedelic plants. His hypothesis that psilocybin induced a phase change in human evolution is necessarily based on a great deal of speculation that interpolates between the few fragmentary facts we know about hominid and early human development, but he argued that the ability to metabolize any dietary component could, in principle, confer a selective advantage. Many[who?] find this explanation implausible, as it suggests a Lamarckian interpretation of evolution wherein acquired secondary characteristics (e.g. an adaptave advantage resulting from consuming a hallucinogen) are assumed to be propagated genetically. However, McKenna also suggests that the cultural pattern of the mushroom-using primates is transformed through this process as well (great-horned-mushroom-goddess religion). In this light, it is arguable that culture and language would have been the medium of transference, rather than genetics. This view is widely rejected in contemporary evolutionary biology. One of McKenna's ideas is known as novelty theory. It predicts the ebb and flow of novelty in the universe as an inherent quality of time. McKenna developed the theory in the mid-1970s after his experiences in the Amazon at La Chorrera led him to closely study the King Wen sequence of the I-Ching. Novelty theory involves ontology, extropy, and eschatology.
The theory proposes that the universe is an engine designed for the production and conservation of novelty.

WildAlchemist Reveals Amazing Elixir Recipe to Get You JACKED!
Ok so check this out. It's been a while since I've done intense training and such (like a month) from the business and garden projects going on right now.. So now that I've been off for a month of working out, I feel an intense energy building up to explode in the gym! I've come up with an amazing elixir recipe tonight after working out along with some pretty helpful tips that will help you to build muscle. Here it tis...

I put on over 30 lbs. of muscle while getting shredded with a similar strategy about a year ago eating only RAW plant foods! It's super easy if you have the knowledge! Have fun getting super jacked! :)
Ingredients:
- Start off by preparing a tea of equal parts sarsaparilla root (supports healthy testosterone levels; some bodybuilders use it instead of steroids), passion flower (increases FREE testosterone), & locally harvested pine pollen (highest plant source of testosterone) preferably with spring water (avoid bottled plasticized water at ALL costs - it's extremely estrogenic & we're trying to build muscle here) the night before and set in the refrigerator overnight (you don't have to do this, but I like to since the heat & cold extract different compounds in plants.) This will be the base. You add this into the blender before anything.
- Almond nut mylk - High in minerals such as zinc which are very important for your testosterone levels; they are also shaped like a gonad which should tell you something!
- 1 tbs. of ashwaganda powder - Very balancing/calming herb for building up the endocrine system and putting on weight; in India they say it will give you the strength of a horse!
- Mucuna pruriens - If you have not heard of this herb, check out my post on it.
- Deer antler velvet - Decoction or tincture; contains insulin-like growth factor 1 & a bunch of other growth factors.
- Tribulus terrestris - a well kept secret by Bulgarian power lifters. It works by indirectly increasing testosterone levels by increasing LH (luteinizing hormones). This is an herb that should be used with caution & avoided by people with kidney, cardiac, & mental issues, as it may aggravate certain doshas (pitta especially). Use this herb solely before workouts (definitely not before work or your day job unless you're a construction worker or the like), or else you may have people on your case informing you that you're a straight up a$$ hole!
- Cordyceps - Powerful strength enhancer; it was once illegal in Asia. One of the best sources of yin/yang jing for vegetarians. They say, if you take it everyday that you will eventually be able to jump 10 feet high!
- Raw mesquite powder - High in l-lysine which is necessary for protein synthesis, metabolism, & nitrogen retention.
- 1 tsp. of Matcha green tea powder - Inhibits estrogen receptors.
- Spices: cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, black peppercorn vanilla, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg - All of these herbs will help you absorb the plant compounds & nutrients better, facilitate digestion/assimilation, and basically up the potency!
- Raw organic honey or better yet royal jelly
Here are some other tips:
- Vitamin D - It's actually a hormone, not a vitamin. Tanning nude in the sun will help you put on weight. It even increases fast twitch muscle fibers!
- Calories - You have to eat enough calories to build muscle. Plain and simple. Eating raw foods is a big plus since 50% of protein is destroyed by heat (cooking) as found by Max Planck Institute.
- Protein - All protein consists of amino acids which are found abundantly in the plant kingdom; some excellent foods that will help you put on muscle include: goji berries, maca, blue green algae, bee pollen, camu camu, nuts/seeds, seaweed, and TONS of green leafy vegetables!!!
- Coconut oil - Helps build hormones by providing progesterone, the precursor to testosterone and estrogen (exercise will help it to convert into testosterone if you are a guy.)
- Sleep - When doing intense exercise, you need plenty of sleep. Don't listen to the medical bigots, listen to your body. If possible, wake up without an alarm clock. You actually build muscle while sleeping, not while awake. Another great piece of advice is the "Tiger Hour" between 3-5 am which is when you release the most testosterone and interestingly enough, DMT which is another story! ;)
- Intensity - Squat. Your legs are the biggest muscles in your body. Squatting will stimulate your body to release huge amounts of testosterone. Be it weights or bodyweight just do it and you will see results. I prefer 1 legged squats personally...
- Preserve your JING - Believe it or not, every time a man ejaculates, vast amounts of testosterone/hormones, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, & JING are lost. JING is the primal energy that we are all born with. It determines our life span & our quality of life. Practicing chastity for 100 days or longer while meditating and circulating the energy will build up your JING until it's full. This is a foundational exercise in Taoism called the microcosmic orbit. Try it and you may find that you are building muscle while sitting on the couch!
- Shivambu - This is another one that makes people squint their eyes. Basically, besides the numerous health benefits of urine therapy, it contains DHEA the precursor to all androgenic hormones that build muscle. If you're skeptical, do some research on it and you'll be amazed at what you find out.
- Boycott soy products - It's one of the most estrogenic plants out there from it's high concentration of phytoestrogens. Don't fall for the marketing health scams. Soy is not a health food and can actually cause many problems if consumed in excess or for long periods of time. Fermented soy products such as miso (this is an awesome food, I buy the kind without soy that uses other beans instead), tempeh, & natto are OK in moderation. They may actually have some potential health benefits since they're fermented which destroys enzyme inhibitors & phytates which can block mineral & nutrient absorption and cause further health problems.
- Attitude - Every morning, when you wake up and before you work out, visualize how you'd like to look. Don't underestimate the power of the mind. Write down your goals in the gym and always keep track of your progress.
