How To Protect Yourself From The Bird Flu

Here is an age old recipe that will make your immune system invincible to foreign pathogens (including the bird flu) & is able to store long periods in times of need:

  • Apple cider vinegar - unpasteurized
  • Garlic - 1-3 whole bulbs (bulbs not cloves!)
  • Onions - 1 whole bulb
  • Cayenne pepper - as much as you desire
Other ingredients can include - oregano, basil, thyme, horseradish, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, tarragon, etc.

Pour apple cider vinegar into blender, add other ingredients, and blend.

Store in a mason jar in your pantry, cabinet, or any other place where it will remain undisturbed.

To drink simply add some spring water to dilute & you may be surprised how good it is! :)

*All ingredients should be either organic, homegrown, or wild crafted for highest medicinal potency.
